Kellands will give a comparative term life insurance quotations from some of the UK's top insurance companies. Level and Reducing Terms, Death and Critical Illness combinations are available for general or mortgage protection.

Building and contents insurance

For most of us our house and its contents represent the majority of our assets. The correct insurance is essential to safeguard the investment you have in your building and contents, Kellands through the Intrinsic panel are only offering one product through Paymentshield.

Mortgage payment protection insurance

The mortgage payment is probably our largest monthly outgoing and we rely on being in work to make this payment. Kellands is able to offer you a policy which is designed to make sure that, in the event of unemployment, sickness or accident, your mortgage payments will still be met.

Even if you are self employed our policy will cover you from day one for up to 12 months per claim. You can chose to not only cover your mortgage payments but your other household outgoings also. Giving you complete security knowing your outgoings will be covered should you lose you job, become ill or have an accident.
